This website is delivered through the content delivery network of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser identifier) in server logs to deliver the site securely and quickly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We keep no server logs of our own.

3. Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own — no tracking, no analytics, no marketing or social media cookies, which is why you see no cookie banner. In rare cases Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies (e.g. bot protection); these contain no tracking information and require no consent.

4. E-mail contact

If you write to kontakt@herzfadenverlag.de, we process your address and message solely to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Incoming mail is forwarded via Cloudflare Email Routing to our mailbox at Google (Gmail). We delete correspondence once it is no longer needed.

5. Newsletter

Sign-up happens by e-mail. We store only your address to send occasional publisher news a few times a year (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe any time with a single e-mail and your address will be deleted.

This site links to product pages on Amazon (amazon.de, amazon.com). Once you follow such a link, Amazon's privacy terms apply; we do not transfer any of your data to Amazon ourselves.
